A wonderful collaboration with JMK Textiles who worked with my yarn. “I absolutely loved working on this [with Lynn]. Using yarn from sheep on the farm, taking inspiration from their surroundings and knowing the story behind the wool has resulted in a body of work which feels homely and natural. There was a connection to the work not normally felt when yarn is bought online or in bulk; every inch was special and unique, which naturally inspired a more responsible approach to design, and minimising wastage. This was a fantastic opportunity and one I feel has helped shaped my own morals and ethics within my practice for the future…”
